OPINION
Frederick, J.
Claimant, Oral F. Gower, seeks judgment against Respondent, State of Illinois, in the sum of $1,100 for damages done to Claimants Ford F-150 pickup truck when a limb fell from a tree and struck his truck at Ft. Massac State Park on October 4, 1992. Claimants complaint alleges that the limb from the tree fell on his pickup tmck “purely and totally” as a result of negligence on the part of Respondent.
