Plaintiff in error, who was the defendant in the trial court, was convicted of conspiracy to commit false pre-. tenses and was sentenced to a term in the penitentiary of not less than two and not more than five years. He comes here requesting that his writ of error issued herein operate as a supersedeas and that the case be determined on the supersedeas application. We have elected so to dispose of it.
