MEMORANDUM

CALDWELL, District Judge.

The purpose of this memorandum is to address issues regarding the hearing scheduled for June 27,1983, on several motions in the above-captioned criminal matters and to make certain rulings regarding the conduct of the hearing. 1 Defendant Charles F.
