This is a divorce suit filed by Felix Eeed against his wife, Mary Sue Eeed, upon the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, and in an amended bill it is charged that the defendant is impotent and incapable of procreation. The defendant in her answer and cross-bill denies all of the material allegations of the bill and prays for separate maintenance without divorce.

After hearing all the evidence the trial Judge dismissed the complainant’s suit and granted the defendant an allowance for support and maintenance and attorneys’ fees.
