Wesley Thompson Foley, Jr., appeals the judgment and sentences, for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of methamphetamine. Foley tendered a nolo contendere plea to these charges, reserving the right to appeal the trial court’s denial of his dispositive motion to suppress evidence seized during the search of a vehicle in which he was a passenger. 1 Foley argues that the trial court erred in finding that he did not have standing to contest the search of the vehicle.
