ALLEGRA, Judge.

Pending before the court, in this vaccine compensation case, is petitioner’s motion to review an order made by a Special Master regarding an application for interim attorney’s fees.

On December 30, 2005, petitioner, Melissa Guffey, filed a petition for vaccine injury compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (the Vaccine Act), 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l to -34, on behalf of her minor daughter, Kimberly Warfle.
