MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NOTTINGHAM, District Judge.

Arthur D. Schultz and Dorothy Schultz, husband and wife, filed this lawsuit against Allstate Insurance Company because of Allstate’s denial of insurance benefits allegedly payable under the personal injury protection (PIP) provisions of the Colorado Auto Accident Reparations Act, Colo.Rev. Stat. §§ 10-4-701 to -723 (1987 Repl.Vol.) (the “no-fault” law).
