The four plaintiffs suffered accidental personal injuries arising out of and in the course of their employment with the defendant employer. • The cases have been consolidated. The accidents were on July 7th, 9th, 13th and 16th, 1920. The question is, Which of the defendant insurance companies should pay compensation? The Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, Limited, hereinafter called the Employers’, was on the risk prior to July 6th, when it canceled its policy and on July 17th wrote thereof to the industrial accident board.
