Introduction

Musgrave, Judge:

Plaintiff moves to consolidate cases formerly suspended under One Up Fashions v. United States, Court No. 87-03-00509, which was settled on an agreed statement of facts (judgment entered April 23, 1990). Defendant moves to designate several new cases, captioned above, as test cases. The Court finds that in the interest of a “just, speedy, and inexpensive determination” of these cases, consolidation is in order. USCIT Rule 1.
