Defendant-appellant, Gordon R. Schilling, appeals from his conviction and sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Ohio, after a jury found appellant guilty of drug abuse in violation of R.C. 2925.11. Appellant raises the following assignments of error:
