OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of burglary of a building. A jury found appellant guilty of the offense and further found both enhancing para graphs of the indictment to be true. Thereafter, appellant was sentenced as an habitual felony offender to a term of confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for life. At a hearing on his motion for new trial, the court initially stated that it would grant appellant’s motion for new trial. However, after hearing argument, it decided to reconsider the motion.
