Allen v. Thompson

This suit was brought by appellee against appellant in the chancery court of Columbia County to enforce the specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale and purchase of an undivided one-half interest in the royalty of all the oil, gas, and other minerals on and under a certain seventy-acre tract of land in said county by reforming one of the deeds of conveyance.
