THIS IS a Chapter 11 case and the matters under consideration are several defensive motions filed in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. The Complaint filed by Climate Control Engineers, Inc. (Climate Control) named as defendants Southern Landmark, Inc. (Southern); Air Enterprises, Inc. (Air Enterprises) and Castle Supply Co., Inc. (Castle Supply).
