DECISION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of LW-SP2, L.P. (herein “LW”) for refief under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) and (2) 1 with respect to the six hotels owned by Krisch Realty Associates, L.P. (herein the Debtor). Trial was held in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on June 28, 1994. The Court has reviewed the testimony of the witnesses, the documentary evidence offered, the arguments of counsel, and all written legal authority submitted by the parties.
