The pro se appellant, Carolyn K. Hollé, appeals a March 26, 2014, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision in which the Board denied eligibility for benefits through the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) from December 1, 2004, through May 31, 2009. Record of Proceedings (R.) at 2-7. This appeal is timely, and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board’s decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. §§ 7252(a) and 7266(a).
