In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), dated March 11, 2009, which denied their motion, in effect, to vacate a prior order dated July 23, 2008, granting the plaintiffs unopposed motion for a preliminary injunction, and thereupon, to deny the plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction.
