In connection with a shooting and armed robbery incident at a store, Andrew Hart was tried before a jury, then convicted for: aggravated assault, by shooting a customer; armed robbery of the store clerk, by taking the store’s cash, checks, and credit card receipts from her by use of a handgun; aggravated assault, by pointing the handgun at the store clerk and shooting in her direction; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
