OPINION
MITCHELL, Judge.
James Campbell, the defendant below, has appealed a conviction of petit larceny and a sentence of one year in the state penitentiary from the Criminal Court of Campbell County.
The errors assigned by the defendant are as follows;(1) That the honorable trial court erred in overruling his motion for a new trial as to the sufficiency of the State’s proof to convict him of the offense charged in the indictment.
