Order unanimously reversed and matter remitted to Cayuga County Family Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Respondent appeals from an order adjudicating him a juvenile delinquent because he committed acts which if done by an adult would constitute the crimes of criminal trespass, third degree, and criminal mischief, fourth degree. The offenses charged occurred when respondent, in the company of two other boys, entered a hospital during visiting hours and ran through the halls tearing down Halloween decorations.
