This matter is before the Court on the Findings and Recommendation (Filing No. 28), issued by Magistrate Judge F.A. Gos-sett recommending that the Motion to Compel (Filing No. 10) filed by the Claimant, Jonathan A. Shulkin (“Claimant”), be denied.
