HUNTER, Judge.
Lester and Virginia Wright (“petitioners”) appeal from an order of the trial court affirming a decision by the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Town of Matthews (“the Board”). Petitioners contend the trial court erred in concluding that the Board’s decision determining that the Town of Matthews had a public right-of-way across petitioners’ real property was supported by competent, substantial, and material evidence in the whole record.
