In this action premised on claims for fraud, negligence, and theft in regard to a real estate transaction, defendant, Sandra Phillips, doing business as Phillips and Associates, appeals the trial court’s judgment finding her to be negligent and awarding compensatory and exemplary damages to plaintiff, Gladys V. Messier. Initially, plaintiff also cross-appealed the trial court’s failure to award her prejudgment interest and costs against defendant.
