Plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her father, seeks to recover a sum of money admittedly received by the defendant, St. Casimir's Savings Loan Association, either as a "deposit," or an "investment" in membership certificates. Defendant Frank J. Kolodziejski was employed by the administratrix as attorney for the estate, and also, at the time this money was turned over to the savings and loan association, was attorney for, and a director of, the association.
