Appeal by self-insured employer from a decision and award by the Workmen’s Compensation Board of death benefits, upon a finding that decedent died “as a result of silieo-tubereulosis complicated by tuberculous meningitis, an occupational disease”. The appellant employer’s primary contention is that by reason of the time limitation imposed by section 25-a of the Workmen’s Compensation Law the Special Fund should be charged with any award made.
