In an action to set aside a conveyance of real property, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme *722Court, Suffolk County (McCarthy, J.), dated March 10, 1988, which, inter alia, denied that branch of his motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as time barred.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, that branch of the motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as time barred is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.
