This is an appeal from an order denying defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings “ on the ground that the complaint in this action does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.”

The complaint alleges the following facts:

On or about the 22d day of March, 1926, the plaintiff was the owner and entitled to the immediate possession of certain milk and creamery plant equipment which was then installed in the milk plant and factory at Watt Flats, Chautauqua county, owned by a domestic corporation, the New York Milk Products Company, and on this date the plaintiff notified…
