INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Duane Elliott Price, Sr. (“Price”), proceeding pro se, brings this action against defendants Dan Engert (“Engert”), Derrick Brevard (“Brevard”), Tom Shanley (“Shanley”), Roger Huber (“Huber”), Steve Godfry (“Godfry”), Debbie Roill (“Roill”), Jeff Phipps, (“Phipps”), Jim Payne (“Payne”), and Christopher Ai-kin (“Aikin”).
