This appeal is from a District Court order of October 13, 1966 in a conser-*350vatorship proceeding. George Preston Marshall is the majority shareholder of Pro-Football, Inc. (the Washington Redskins). Milton W. King and Edward Bennett Williams, two of the four minority shareholders, are old friends and business „ associates of Marshall, as was another minority shareholder, the late C. Leo DeOrsey.
