Claimant Homer Flint appeals from the district court’s order of July 31, 1990, 743 F.Supp. 777, affirming the Secretary of Health and Human Services’ decision to deny claimant’s application for social security disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq. He contends that the Secretary erred in finding that he was not under a disability during an insured period.
