Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed July 13, 1979, which affirmed an Administrative Law Judge’s decision *1054filed November 17, 1978 finding that an order of the Supreme Court was not binding in this case involving a third-party settlement. Claimant filed a compensation claim for injury to his back as a result of an auto collision that occurred on September 14, 1973.
