Upon this appeal, the defendant does not .raise any issues as to the ¡County Court trial, the court’s charge to the jury, or the sentence rendered. The sole issues raised are the failure of the trial court to dismiss the indictment upon the grounds that the defendant had been unlawfully deprived of a preliminary hearing in the Justice Court of the Town of Stock-bridge prior to indictment, and/or that he had been deprived of a speedy trial.
