Plaintiff Katherine Kelley appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant Correctional Medical Services, Inc. (“CMS”) on her retaliation claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12203(a), and the Maine Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Me.Rev.Stat. Ann., tit. 5, § 4572(2). Kelley contends that the district court erred in finding that she had failed to raise a genuine dispute of material fact as to whether CMS’s stated reason for her termination was a pretext for retaliatory animus.
