MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Now pending before the Court is Defendants GlobalLab Solutions, Inc. and Tyler Freeman, MD’s (collectively, “GlobalLab”) Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law, New Trial, or Remittitur (Doe. 143), to which *402Plaintiffs Melissa Henderson and Dana Jones submitted a Response in Opposition (Doe. 145), and GlobalLab filed a Reply (Doc. 147). For the reasons explained herein, Global-Lab’s Motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.
