CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals the denial of his 27.26 motion after an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant was convicted by a jury of escape from confinement, § 575.210, RSMo 1986, and sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment as a persistent offender. That judgment was affirmed on direct appeal. State v. heady, 679 S.W.2d 292 (Mo.App.1984). Movant’s motion for post-conviction relief under Rule 27.26 was dismissed without an evidentiary hearing.
