Per Curiam,
At the argument on April 24, 1947, appellant attacked the reasonableness of a regulation of the Department of Labor and Industry relating to partial unemployment compensation under which he was denied benefits by the final decision of the board. Subsequently, and on May 14,1947, the department amended the regulation, and therein expressly provided that the amendment should become effective immediately and, inter alia, “shall apply ... to all claims filed prior to the date of enactment” [of the amendment].
