MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Presently before the court is the plaintiffs motion to compel production of documents identified in Met Life’s privilege log. (doc. # 39) At issue are four documents which Met Life claims are protected from disclosure by the attorney-client privilege or protected from disclosure by the work-product doctrine. Moore contends that these documents are not protected by virtue of the so-called fiduciary exception to the privilege.
