This is an action for damages for personal injury, claimed by plaintiff to have been proximately caused by the negligence of the defendant.
There was a demurrer to the complaint on the ground that it did not state a cause of action, which was overruled, and on appeal to this court in Kutchera v. Minneapolis, St. P. S. Ste. M.R.
