Eric Donell Reece appeals his felony conviction for aggravated robbery. Tex.Penal Code Ann. 29.03(a)(1) (Vernon 1989). The jury found him guilty as charged in the indictment and the trial court assessed punishment at sixty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.…
