Nebraska Emergency Management Agency You have requested an Attorney General's opinion relating to certain activities of volunteers while involved in disaster response preparedness. Specifically, you have requested that we consider Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-829.37 (purposes) in conjunction with Neb. Rev.
