In an action to foreclose a purchase-money mortgage on real property, defendant Route 59 Associates, Inc., a junior lienor, appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 17, 1975, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, vacated a stay imposed on the foreclosure and sale, fixed the outstanding principal amount due plaintiff on the mortgage and ordered that the subject premises be sold at public auction in one parcel.
