ORDER RE MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN OR SECURITY INTEREST

This matter came before the undersigned for hearing on April 13 and April 22, 2011. Attorney Wallace Parrish represented Debtor Elaine King. Attorney Stephanie Hinz represented creditor Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., d/b/a Wells Fargo Auto (“Wells Fargo”). After hearing arguments of counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement.
