Appellants, Patrick Michaelski and Lynda Michaelski, filed suit against appellees, John Wright, Peggy Wright, Grant Dietz, and Rebecca Dietz. The Michaelskis alleged the Wrights and Dietzes flooded their home on two occasions by impounding rain water on the Michaelskis’ property and diverting water from the Wrights’ property onto the Michaelskis’ property.
