Bryson Jacobs appeals from convictions of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 116 years imprisonment and a $120,000 fine. Mr. Jacobs contends the Trial Court erred by (1) denying his motion for a directed verdict, (2) refusing to admit into evidence the deposition of co-defendant, Sharlene Wilson, which contained exculpatory statements, (3) refusing to suppress evidence obtained…
