The bill in this cause is filed by the surviving executor of the last will and testament and two codicils thereto of Henry Day, late of the county of Morris, in this state. It seeks the direction of the court respecting the distribution of so much of the estate of the said Henry Day as remains in his hands undistributed, and to that end asks the court to determine the true meaning of.said will and codicil, and also the true meaning of the will of Phebe Lord Day, and of the will of George Lord Day, all of which, complainant claims, have variant constructions attributed to…
