This action was brought in the District Court in Fremont-County on December 18, 1907, by Edward Kressman -to foreclose a mortgage granted by a decree of said court entered on June 22, 1907, covering certain oil lands in said county referred to as the “Henderson Patent,” and described as the southwest quarter of section 12, the west half *300of section. 13, and the north half of the northwest quarter of section 24, in township 32 north, range 99 west of the sixth principal meridian.
