Powers, the petitioner for a writ of certiorari in this case, was employed by the Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation at Tucson, Arizona, and said corporation was insured against liability for the payment of workmen’s compensation by the Pacific Employers Insurance Company, one of the parties to this action, and all were subject to the jurisdiction of the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
