GALLAGHER, Judge:

A panel composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of forcible sodomy in violation of Article 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 925 (2006) [hereinafter UCMJ]. The panel sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for twenty-four months, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
