QUINN, Associate Judge.

This case comes before the court upon a petition for review of a decision of the Real Estate Commission of the District of Columbia 1 revoking the license of a real estate broker.

As the result of his involvement in an allegedly spurious real estate transaction, petitioner, trading as Kelley Realty and Investment Company, was ordered by the Real Estate Commission to appear for public hearing on charges that he (1) made a substantial misrepresentation, (2) demonstrated such unworthiness to act as a real estate broker as to endanger the interests of the public, and (3)…
