Walter Thomas appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated, section 577.010, RSMo 1994, and sentence of three years imprisonment. Mr. Thomas’ sole point on appeal is that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence Department of Revenue records reflecting two prior convictions for driving while intoxicated.
