This is a suit for damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff while a passenger on defendants’ street car. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence the court directed a verdict finding defendants not guilty. Judgment was entered thereon. Plaintiff brings this appeal. In a prior appeal in this case the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded because of error in denying plaintiff a change of venue. (314 Ill. App. 492.)
